GangBox is the office app for employees of Eutaw Construction Company. It gathers several small day-to-day tools into one place. It is not offered to the general public, and signing in requires a Eutaw Construction account.

What is in the app

Stock walk — walk the break rooms, mark each item OK, LOW or OUT, and the order list writes itself. Works with no signal and sends when you are back in range.

Lunch run — somebody opens a run, everyone votes on where, then puts their order in. It closes into one list for whoever is fetching it.

Football pool — the weekly staff pick'em. Pick the winners, guess the margin on the tiebreaker, see the standings.

Shirt survey — pick the styles and size you want when company shirts are being ordered. Results go to whoever places the order.

You will only see the tools you have been given access to, so your app may show fewer tabs than someone else's. That is set on the server — ask IT to be added to one and it will appear the next time you open the app. There is nothing to reinstall.

Common questions

I cannot sign in.: Sign in with your surname and your PIN, not your email address. If the PIN is not working, email IT and it will be reset — there is no self-service reset.
A tab I expected is missing.: You have not been granted that tool yet. Email IT. Access is granted on the server and appears the next time the app starts.
Nothing loads, or everything says it cannot reach the server.: Check you have a signal. The stock walk works offline by design and will send when you are back in range; the other tools need a connection.
I answered but it did not save.: The app tells you when something fails rather than going quiet. If you saw an error, send us what it said. If you saw nothing at all, close the app fully and reopen it, then tell us what happened.
I want to change my answer.: You can change a lunch vote, a shirt answer, or your picks up until whoever runs it closes it. After that, ask them.
Turn notifications off.: iOS Settings → GangBox → Notifications. The app works without them; you just will not be told when a run opens or a survey closes.
Stop it asking for Face ID.: Turn biometric unlock off in the app's account screen. You will be asked for your PIN instead.
I am leaving the company, or want my data removed.: Access ends with your Eutaw Construction account. To ask what has been recorded under your name, or to have something corrected or removed, email IT.
